I am a current English Teacher and tutor based in the West Midlands, who cares deeply about educational equity and all things relating to English.

I hold a Bachelor's degree in English, a Postgraduate Diploma (with QTS) in Secondary English, and a Master's degree in Teaching Studies, all of which have been awarded by the University of Birmingham. I have since presented my Master's research to both school staff and academics and colleagues at the University of Birmingham.

I am a member of 'LitDrive', an organisation made by English teachers, for English teachers, as well as the Chartered College of Teaching, the National Association for the Teaching of English (NATE) and the United Kingdom Literacy Association (UKLA). These memberships reflect my interest in educational research, subject knowledge, and ongoing professional development within the wider English teaching community.
